Allowed Pets
Up to 10 others , 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Weight limits: 200 lbs per other , 100 lbs per dog , 100 lbs per cat
Pet Types
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit and $250 non-refundable animal fee, per pet will apply. The monthly rent is $40 per animal. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1-year-old. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Please note, there is a nominal fee for pet profiles; assistance animal profiles are processed at no charge.
