A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit and $250 non-refundable animal fee, per pet will apply. The monthly rent is $40 per animal. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1-year-old. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings.
