|Recommended: NoWe were model tenants, early on rent every month, left the apartment cleaner than we received it. What we received it as “Sparkle cleaned” with pee on the toilet seat and paint debris on the floors. What we were charged on the way out 251 in cleaning fees.
Mold and mildew accumulated around our windows and doors daily. Management’s response our windows were “working too efficiently.” Just a dismissal in corporate language.
Clauses buried in the contract override standard tenant protections, giving them the ability to charge whatever they want at move-out — directly contradicting what we were told on our initial tour.
Most insulting of all Every concern was met with robotic, detached non-answers like speaking to an automated chatbot, not a human being.
Read your contract carefully. Then read it again. Better yet, just look elsewhere. This doesn’t even skim the surface of problems this place has
response from property -We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide a positive living experience and clear communication throughout both residency and move-out, so we’re disappointed to hear you left feeling otherwise.
We take concerns regarding maintenance, cleanliness, and move-out charges seriously, and we strive to address resident concerns promptly and professionally. Condensation around windows can occur during periods of significant temperature variation between the interior and exterior of the building, and our team did respond to the concerns reported during residency.
We also understand that move-out processes and lease-related charges can sometimes feel frustrating, especially when expectations differ. Prior to move-out, our team provided communication regarding move-out expectations so residents could properly prepare, and supporting photos and invoices related to final charges were uploaded for transparency.
Please know that our team makes every effort to communicate community policies, lease terms, and account charges consistently and professionally to all residents. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue evaluating our processes and overall resident experience.

|Recommended: YesElevate 620 — We just moved in and while the set up process was a little confusing the staff were very patient answering questions and helping us. They even offered very helpful same day solutions. They have been very immediate to fix anything that needed fixing so far. We also really like the overall area and have noticed it has been very clean. We never have a problem finding parking or having our guests that visit find parking which is a large problem across apartment living in Utah. So far very happy with how it has gone.

|Recommended: YesI’ve been living at Elevate at 620 for about a month and a half now, and so far it’s been a great experience. The leasing office staff are always nice and friendly, which made the move-in process smooth and welcoming.
One of the things I appreciate most is how friendly and respectful the residents are. The community is very quiet and has a relaxed, resort-like feel, which makes it a really comfortable place to live.
Parking has never been an issue—there’s always a spot available, which is a huge plus. I also love the gym the equipment is well-maintained and usually available whenever I want to use it.
Overall, I’m really enjoying living here and would definitely recommend it

|Recommended: Yes⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elevate At 620 — From the very start, our experience at Elevate at 620 has been outstanding. Ashlee and leasing agent Angelita were fantastic and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The staff here has been nothing short of amazing-welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The amenities are off the chart and truly set this community apart. It feels more like a retreat than an apartment complex.
On top of that, there’s a great sense of community and extra touches throughout the property that make it an even better place to live. Highly recommend Elevate at 620 if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and an exceptional team.

|Recommended: YesSo Glad I Chose This Place — I've recently moved into Elevate at 620, and so far, it's been a great experience. The leasing process was smooth and transparent, and the staff has been consistently kind, helpful, and responsive—from my first tour to move-in day and beyond. I was out of the country during the signing of my lease and was able to complete everything via email online and the staff was very kind and patient and helped me through it.
The apartment itself is modern, clean, spacious quiet, and everything was in good condition when I arrived. I especially love the natural light from the large windows, the vaulted ceilings 4th floor the private balcony the colors aesthetic
The community is peaceful so far and I feel safe living here. Amenities like gym, pool, dog park, package lockers and valet trash are great and genuinely enhance the experience
It honestly feels like home already, and I’m excited to be here long-term. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that’s comfortable, well-managed, and in a great area.
