|Recommended: YesWonderful Living Experience At Elevate Townhomes — I've really enjoyed living at Elevate. My son and I have found it to be a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. The townhome itself is spacious, well-designed, and provides a great living environment. The community feels safe, and the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the freeway, making commuting a breeze.
One of the standout aspects is the modern layout and the overall upkeep of the property. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team has always addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. The leasing office has also been great to work with, providing clear communication and support whenever needed.
That being said, there have been a couple of drawbacks. When we first moved in, some of the amenities were not fully available, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the internet has gone out almost once a month, which has been frustrating, especially when working from home or needing reliable connectivity.
Despite these issues, my overall experience has been very positive, and I appreciate the improvements made over time. If you're looking for a well-kept, comfortable townhome with a great community, excellent management, and convenient freeway access, I would definitely recommend Elevate

Regarding your feedback about the amenities and internet connectivity, we completely understand your frustration. I just wanted to clarify that all of our amenities, except for the pool and lazy river, are fully accessible. The pool and lazy river are seasonal amenities and will open in the summer. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve, and we’re committed to making your experience here as enjoyable as possible.

|Recommended: YesComing Home Feels Like Arriving To A Vacation — I like how up-to-date, vast, clean, and entirely considerate in facilities and rest areas this community has. I found myself walking around and taking in how it feels each level of the complex was built for comfort. I like how while I do my laundry, I can charge my phone, watch TV, get coffee or water, enter a sauna or steam room, or study on a sofa or study book, all in the same area.

|Recommended: YesIt’s A Work In Progress Right Now — Beautiful well-kept community, aside from the excess of garbage from construction right now. The most difficult part is getting timely responses from the property staff staff in the leasing office via email, text, call. You have to go in person to ensure you get your questions addressed They are nice professional once you can reach them though. The property is still working out all the kinks and figuring out how to balance everything. Was told the pool outdoor areas would be done by end of July, but it’s currently nowhere near completion—however many other amenities are available that are wonderful like the sauna gym etc. Very neutral experience for me so far, but eager to see what this community grows in to

There are a few dings here and there from construction, but I was able to note those on my move-in sheet and they're all very small concerns. Overall, I'm happy with my new home
